Vuly Thunder 2 vs Lifespan HyperJump 3

Both of these keep steel springs away from the jumper, but they do it differently and they are priced very differently. The Thunder 2 uses leaf springs mounted away from the mat edge. The HyperJump 3 uses elastic straps in place of springs.
The Thunder 2 costs roughly double or more. The Thunder 2 meets the Australian Trampoline Standard AS 4989:2015, which the HyperJump 3 does not, and comes with a 5-year mat warranty against 1 year, a 1-year net warranty where the HyperJump 3 has none, and a higher weight rating of 140 to 150 kg per jumper against 100 to 140 kg. The Thunder 2 also goes larger, up to an XXL that is bigger than the HyperJump 3's 14 ft.
Both carry a 10-year frame warranty, which is the one row where they match exactly.
Choose the Vuly Thunder 2 if you want a model that meets the standard, longer warranties on the wear parts and a larger size. Choose the Lifespan HyperJump 3 if you want a springless mat at a fraction of the price and can accept the shorter warranties.

Quick verdict
The HyperJump 3 is the cheapest route to a springless trampoline and its frame warranty is as long as Vuly's. The Thunder 2 is the more complete product, and the standard is the main thing separating them beyond price.
