Jumpflex FLEX vs HERO
The FLEX is Jumpflex's entry-level round trampoline and the HERO is the model above it. Both use coil springs and both come in round only, but the gap between them is wider than the price suggests.
The HERO carries a 10-year frame warranty against 5 on the FLEX. It is rated to 160 kg per jumper and 250 kg combined, against 100 kg and 150 kg on the FLEX. It also has more springs at each size and runs up to 15 ft, where the FLEX stops at 12 ft.
Neither line is listed as meeting the Australian Trampoline Standard AS 4989:2015. The HERO comes with a 5-year mat warranty against 1 year on the FLEX, and both have 1-year net warranties.
Choose the FLEX if the trampoline is for young children and the budget is the deciding factor. Choose the HERO if older kids or adults will use it, if more than one person will jump at a time, or if you want the longer frame warranty.

Quick verdict
The FLEX is a reasonable budget round trampoline, but its 100 kg per-jumper rating is limiting as children grow. The HERO's higher rating and 10-year frame warranty make it the better buy for most households that expect the trampoline to last.
