To clear up some confusion about Vuly trampoline assembly, we took the most commonly asked questions directly to the manufacturer. Here's their response.
Is Vuly assembly really that difficult?
One of the most common complaints about Vuly trampolines is the assembly process. Many users report it takes several hours due to unclear instructions, and some have mentioned issues with misaligned holes.
When we asked if there were plans to improve the assembly instructions, Vuly confirmed: "Yes, we are currently working on new installation videos and processes to make installation much faster."
For those who'd rather not tackle the project themselves, they added that they "use a 3rd party company for nationwide installations if needed." This could be worth considering if you're not confident about DIY assembly.
What about those misaligned holes on the frame?
Several customers have reported misaligned holes during assembly, making the process even more challenging. When asked about quality assurance processes, Vuly stated this issue "has already been addressed and fixed for future batches."
This suggests newer trampolines should have fewer assembly problems, though it would be interesting to hear from recent buyers whether this has been their experience.
Stability and ground sinking issues
Another concern we've seen mentioned is that some Vuly trampolines (specifically Thunder models) can sink into soft ground due to the foot design.
Vuly explained: "Generally, this is only when it is placed on dirt/soft ground for a very long amount of time and causes the foot to sink into the ground."
Their suggested solutions were straightforward: "Can always put something under the foot if this is the case or even just move the trampoline a few cm to the side every few months to avoid this."
